S I just hit three guys that have the max as above, gave them each a 14th bronze star, full dark green and a few light green, I watched it happen....as fast as it happened it went back to the original way it was.

Not broken. They must be using a 32bit signed integer in the database to store the points tally. 2147483647 is the maximum value for a 32 bit signed integer. Looks like some of you found that limit.
