Not broken. They must be using a 32bit signed integer in the database to store the points tally. 2147483647 is the maximum value for a 32 bit signed integer. Looks like some of you found that limit.

Still broken. ...just need to refactor to support bigint.

Sometimes I get 10 and other times 9 also. WTF is with that?

I'm pretty sure the 24 hour clock is from the time of the last rep being given out. In other words, let's say you start your run at 8:00 a.m. and hand out the last of the daily 10 at 8:11, and then the next day you also start at exactly 8:00 you won't be able to give out your 10th rep until 8:11 or later! At least that's what I found in my earlier experiment where I determined you could only hit the same person after giving it out to 20 other users.
