holy mackinaw.....we went to an Atco Power safety course through work years ago where they showed us this brutal video....there were 2 guys in a basket with the picker arm over top the power lines much the same as in that pic, there was a hydraulic failure and the boom came down on top of the lines. it was not pretty...they stressed to us NEVER to hang equipment over lines like that.....
