I have been having trouble sleeping for what seems forever recently. figure I would give reading a try before bed. You can only read so many sledding magazines though.

Anyone read anything good lately?

Cruel and Usual Punishment by Nonie Darwish. It`s about Sharia islamic law. I found it really interesting.

No easy day by mark owen. Wrote by a navy seal about the mission that killed osama bin laden.

I hate reading, can usually only keep focus for about 10 minutes but this book holds me longer. Very good read!

I only read mindless novels before bed sure does help me wind down to sleep though.

Currently enjoying Carte Blanch by Jeffery Deaver and before that read Edge by him as well.

The Art of Racing in the Rain & A Dog's Purpose. If you own a dog, you won't be able to put either one of the books down.

He's the drummer for Rush. It's crazy what he's gone through.

reading a book on the history of early settlers of the Prince George area and Northern BC. Those old settlers knew what a day of work really was. People of today wouldn`t last a week.

Ghost Rider was a good book. Try Roadshow and Far and Away, they are more upbeat and full of good riding tales.

Doesn't matter what I read, within 5 minutes of starting I'm falling asleep, so can't give you any ideas. But back in my younger days, I could read all day. Clive Cussler the Dirk Pitt series, excellent light reading. Anything Stephen King.

Well I got "The Sister's Brothers" since two of ya recommended it one being someone I have actually met from Snow&Mud. I looked for others but they didn't have em at the book store. Gotta try a different one.

I have thought about reading Game of Thrones but I tend to have a policy of never reading a book I am watching on TV or it is a movie. Yeah weird I know.

I read the series before I ever knew it was a TV show. I tend not to watch shows that are made from books I have read. It's never the same.

You will like sisters brothers- its a fast and quirky read :)
