I checked them out today. Electric and nitro. Yes the electric will be faster.
But....
nitro, louder, more pollution,, lifted,, white Oakleys

I have the miss Budweiser drag boat, revo 2.5 and team associated stadium truck all nitro. Love the sound love rebuilding them but thinking of going electric as they are just as fast less maintenance but the down side is no awesome nitro smell and no wicked sound as your ripping around. I'm just a backyard basher Rip it wreck it fix it.

Rc rules, raced on and off road gas and electric. Too much fun. Running the mini losi trucks and cars now great fun. You want to really test your hand eye try running the new mini 3d helecopters. Flying one of those upside down through a door way makes shooting a deep shoot full of trees on my sled seem like a Tim hortons drive through!!

Have electric chopper and trainer plane electric also. Just have to learn how to land on the ground not in the trees. Lol they are a blast to and wanna get better at those and eventually move to nitro

Get the nitro Ray. It will be fun, You can watch me relaxin and havin 2 or 3 beers while you're fartin around pouring gas, getting it started, tuning it....fart around some more....oh wait, it stalled waaaay over there....fart around some more. When you're ready, I'll pop the lipo in mine and clean your clock. Hahahaha

Ray I might have a nitro truck for sale. It a hpi savage x 4.6 all done up. I don't have time ever to play with it. It got tons of after market stuff and extras.
