Yes if the building wasn’t built properly I can see lawsuits a plenty happening from people who had stored toys in there. From the overhead it looks like it was full of stuff.

I think the exterior walls of that building the 2x6 was turned so the 6” side was facing the outside of the wall. Then they just put the tin on the outside. I could be wrong as just seen from the highway driving by but thought it looked different from other buildings I’ve seen built.

if it was built pole barn style then the 2x6 would have no structural integrity, if it was framed then it was built by an idiot.

The building cant be much more than 10 years old, so safe to say it was built subpar.

Looks like the roof trusses were not attached to the outside walls or floor properly.

I was driving in the mid 80's and gas was $0.28/L.My 1975 Trans Am, had a factory 8 track player and I had to buy a converter, to play my cassettes lol. This was my 2nd car, couldn't afford Pioneer tape deck for a few months.
