The pink car belongs to a father/son out of Calgary. My 1st time seeing it.

Putting something more aggressive in? Or just replacing the stock cam?

Just putting a basically stock cam back in, just without AFM... It had a lifter failure, that buggered the cam, once I got the cam out, found quite a bit more damage, cam bearings don't look great either, but I need the pickup for work as the next 8-10 weeks are the busiest weeks of the year for me...

It will get a new engine this winter. Gonna drop in a built/cammed 6.2 in place of this 5.3... truck has 240,000km on it.

I dyno tuned a 5.3 with 6L80 in a 50 chevy p/u. He replaced the VVT & DOD with a very small cam from Elgin, nearly 360rwhp @ 6200rpm. The base rating was 325 @ the crank. Perfect manners & idles rock solid @ 575rpm, that works very with the factory stall. That is also the stock truck intake, I was impressed & the owner is still very happy after a few weeks cruising.

Thanks, One on dock was about 1.5lb and other holding in hand was about 3lb. Had 5 others on but couldn't land them and lost at side of kayak before netting

These crickets had spicy peppers and suicide sauce on them, so couldnt really taste them.

Ha ha a painter I am not.
Used some of the left over gold paint from when I did my '58s 371 2 years ago.
I've always wanted the letters painted. Took me a long time to get to it.

I need more patience as I got runs in it.
Oh well. Goes with the rust holes. Lol
