It's only been up for 2 days, but yes liked the piping and material so far.
The forklift was a major asset, I spent a lot of time on a pallet in the air. With forklift, 4 guys a solid day and a half.
Being built on level ground would make a huge difference. It was very hard to square it all up on loose recycled concrete. But once we had it square, life got better.

I have same one been up since october, they are ok but you constantly need to re-tighten them. Although we've had some crazy winds. The main canvas is easy with ratchet straps, the annoying part is the ends being laced. I built wood doors for one side, going to frame in rest of both ends in wood to avoid that. It's really cheap dry place for stuff, and in a pinch to work on stuff in the winter you can heat them somewhat decently to work on stuff. IMO for like the $2000 I paid can't complain about a 30x40 building.

Can you rent a stump grinder?

I have access to a small stump grinder...BIL runs a Stevenson's Rental. Don't think it will work?? Right now I'm diggin' out the stones/dirt the best I can and chain sawing/saws-all chunks out, repeat. On the second chain. Spend more time sharpening than cutting.
The hole I've dug is almost two feet deep in front of the stump. The roots only grew down so far [bedrock perhaps?], then started growing up/out of the ground years later. This Elm tree has lifted my garage pad 4 inches in one corner and the fence about 6 inches. Trying to reclaim this area for the Ol' doll. I'll back fill with a-gravel when done.

Dynamite would be excellent for entertainment! Maybe, if I didn't have neighbours or other sh!t in the way I'm tryin' to salvage.

Yes I’ve used a stump grinder on an oak stump and it worked. It’s hard work till you get the hang of it. Don’t try to take too big of bites.

They had it in the 70's as well, even into the 80's. Can still get it if required
