Went to the Airsoft store in Red Deer yesterday. I can’t believe how accurate these shoot. My son was shooting ping pong balls from 20’ last night in the garage.

You know it! I have spent a couple days recently on untouched cut lines with 3ft+ snow and could easily switch from my sled to a bike. I need to be a bit taller or probably just more coordinated when I come to a stop to keep from falling over in the powder, haha! I am 60 and find the bike an absolute blast to ride.

A few more rides and you will have a better handle on it for sure. Softer seat for my boney Butt would be nice. Honestly don't see myself going back to a sled right now. Too many new places that we go adventuring into now, that i would never try with my sleds. Keep going out there because like you say" Can't put a price on a good time".

I was good. I used hickory chips and it had a strong hickory flavor. I was told apple wood was better for chicken. It's a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Bbq and nascar.

I usually budget about 200$+ a year for a bbq before a new one is necessary but that Napoleon appears to be in the 300$+ range. I find they are good for about 4 years and then something will be rusty and falling apart. Can’t wait for bbq season !!

4 years? I have a Vermont Casting BBQ it is going on 15 years, and still going strong ( and yes we use it lots all year ). I always keep it covered with a vented cover, no rust yet.

Ya usually buying Canadian tire crap or Home Depot. Even that Napoleon BBQ will only have a one year warranty. I’m thinking that in Revelstoke with its pretty wet climate things corrode a lot faster than in the prairies. Who knows - designed obsolescence???

The SS BBQ's are actually pretty good these days. Once again, you get what you pay for! The last one I had lasted 12 years before the burners needed replacing and the outside was in prime shape and never covered but it sat in a covered BBQ pit. The Weber that I have now will last a very long time with year round cooking.

We have a Weber portable in the RV that works well and still going strong after 4 years , needs cleaning regularly so it doesn’t stink up the bin where it sits but very happy with it.

A custom paint job like that is likely a 5k. It would fit right in a the Toad Rock campground.
