When building a custom hauler rig like that, how does one determine legal towing capacity or axle weights? Ive kinda been thinking about aquiring parts to build a newer frame truck with an older 50's cab and front and a flat deck. But didnt have any clue as per the legal end of it

Neighbors garage is complete. The building inspector signed off on it. Neighbors filed a complaint but nothing has been done. It’s a fawking joke!!!
