Hard to see in the pics but the header above the garage door is already sagging in and down.
No gutters on one side.
Fascia all folded over the wrong way.
Gutter has a low spot in the middle.
Concrete already has big cracks in it.
6” between fence and garage.

Look like it’s encroaching on the towns property. Im surprised its still there, not sure where that is but it would never pass bylaw in my town just on how close it is to the fence.

As for the garage so close to the fence. It’s very possible it’s a Zero lot line building area. We have lots of these in Leduc. Very common in areas with narrow lots and 2 story homes.

HOME INSPECTOR!!

I live quite a ways from there so no skin off my nose. Just ridiculous that sort of crap can get passed.
