looks like a bad weld job on a sled deck? Looks like the weld on the lower left is cracked too...

X Deck. it had a crack before i got it, previous owner had told me but i didn't think it was that bad. buddy got a lil finger happy and doesn't know how to load up a sled on a lifted truck.
deck is fubar! full of cracks...it will be fixed soon.

My x-deck cracked same spot, just removed the rack and had a friend might it up
