Property taxes are 29 grand

Thats really good for a 15 million dollar property. Tax's are low in the county.

Last guy (that i know about) that owned it was a billionaire from germany and used it 2 weeks a year. Don't think he was making payments.


It takes a full time staff to look after the place though. It would be a few hundred grand a year in upkeep easy.

That's how I like to keep my properties as well.. a whole fleet of peeps..
