It’s 1450 lbs of hardware that tipped over in our wurth bins when we moved today lol what a frickin mess. At least a couple of hundred paint trays.

This is where you ask your rep how much they value your account. I had my rep dump 2 full drawers of cotter pins in a pail to take back to his manager and start us fresh (at no cost) on both drawers just because I said I would drop them. This also came after months of medeocre at best service in the stocking of shelf’s and bins... but either way it is worth a shot. In this economy I have countless outfits fighting for my accounts in all aspects of our business, this puts the buyer in a power position.

He took care of us pretty well! Tuesday new bins and restocked by Friday. A small charge but totally acceptable.

That looks like a bolt bin in a hardware store near a reservation where the kids aren't supervised.

Our shop cleaner sweeps up the spilt hardware, puts it in five gallon pails [two now], it'll sit for a few months then get thrown in the scrap metal bin.

Customer said it was drinking 5 gallons of engine oil a day. This would be one of the reasons why. Somebody got really eager with the ether bunny. One of the other pistons had a ring in about 6 pieces. It’s out of a Cat 594H sideboom.
