Better buy two lol. I’m sure the way real state is going so will the barn. I’m not a wise man but something tells me to buy property. Even if you can’t afford it someone can.
I also told myself just because you can’t afford it doesn’t mean the next guy can’t. I agree that car is an investment and will be worth it to the next buyer. Plus your more likely to find premo tail in that car before the barn.

Even if you have 5million to spend on that car, good luck getting one. Thats why the next guy will have to pay 20...

I know lots of dairy farmers. I dont know any with a bugatti though...

You price a few combines, tractor/drill set ups, trucks, Sparyers..
each unit is now over over a million bucks.

There’s farms all over that have that kind of coin

Ya if they sell the farm they could maybe get a buggatti. Big deal

Pretty big distinction though between having $5 million in assets tied up in a business that makes your living and $5 million in an account ready to buy fun stuff with.

Which makes the argument even more un-realistic.

If farming is such a huge get rich scheme, why not take that 10 mil and grow the business and make even more?

I know many big farmers all over western canada, bc, alberta, sask.

Its a good living. It aint bugatti money though.

Arab sheks drive those, micheal jordan,,, people like that.

I seen that somewhere. True story, not sure why you need to spend 100g on something you don’t drive but then again I have crap that’s parked and it brakes.
