Making a batch of Sauerkraut, 3 heads of cabbage total, I got to find a 10 gallon crock but I did see they are around $194.00, must be covid priced.

Buddy of mine gets goose jerky made, it's really good except when you bite into a pellet lol

This was the first hunt of the year for these guys. The geese are just starting to flock into the fields now as they’re done combining. Next hunt we hope to hammer the Canadian geese. Then I will make jerky it’s the only way it tastes any good.

My wife makes crocks to what ever specs you want. She’s been fermenting all kinds of stuff. And she’s a sledder!!
