Yes, to the first part but IMHO, it doesn't have to be a mountain! I don't take that literally. It can be plateau, a new creek, the end of the lake, new mountain vistas, places along the ocean, etc., as long as one is out doing something.

The second part, like I said above, makes my stomach squiggly!!
