Hey guys
Last weekend I rode all day, then the sled started throwing a random DET code and going into limp mode......Has anyone experienced this?
Background info:
2012 Pro
Silber Kit w/dobeck style box
Retrofit cold air intake (head light delete)
8-10lbs of boost and 100LL fuel
Sled normally never throws a DET light even a low elevations, I do a lot of testing at home (Calgary elevation) and the sled has nover thrown a DET code.
Rode all day at 8k feet and the sled ran perfect, pulled strong, no hesitation or det problems. Towards the end of the day was playing on a good slope and the sled started to throw DET code at the top of the hill. Shut down, re-start, sled ran great, once again threw DET code at the top of the hill. I doubt that the code is being throw by actual detonation as I was pulling longer hills and more WOT conditions earlier in the day with no troubles. The only thing different about this slope was that the snow was softer and deeper. At the time I was not WOT for extended periods, I was on and off the throttle throughout the pull.
Thanks
