Track alignment? Or why are my clips eating the rail caps?
Yeah 3".Is it a 164 3” paddle? My 162 2.8” paddle and my 154 2.5” were fine. But my 165” 3” likes to do the same even with the front anti stab wheels
Thanks, I'll keep soaking them down in weasel piss till they pop.As for the sway bar link, it might be seized. Some are good and some are horrible to take apart. Put a little bit of nut buster on it and then pull it with your hands or something that won’t damage it. Shouldn’t take much force. Just be careful to not loose the plastic rings
Nope stock, limiter position.have you let out the limit strap? all my doos ive always sucked it up one hole to keep the front down and help prevent rail tip wear down/stab track.

Sits centered on the sliders though. //uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201229/38a3b59adb9b2b9d99c46139fc1e0536.jpg//uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201229/088c6ddcb186e2ceeb451f81aeb63f30.jpg
Yeah 3".
Everything seems to be aligned in the sled stand when I soon the track. Tension seems good too
Space on the rails is good.Should be about an inch and 1/4 1/2 of space between the track and the rails
Must just be the anti stab working?I have the same wear on my end cap. I even replaced the worst one ,aligned the track and set tension the best i could , after a few rides it was worn/melted just the same? Never noticed this on my XM?
