My parents smoked for fifty years before they successfully quit and that was using Allan Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking. Way to go people for deciding to be non smokers.

The dreams I had weren't all nightmares, in an 8 hour sleep, I could have a dream that lasted years...no chit. It was like living a duplicate life. A different story every night. Haha. The James Bond dreams were the best. Lol
Good story's then eh

If u can recall them all

Smoking less... you're supposed to stop after 10 days. Your nicotine addiction is over dude, just stop.

Lol ya just stop now that you've been on them for 3 weeks, but don't stop taking the pills. I quit twice using that stuff but both times I quit taking the pills and then started up again a couple months later.....about the time the prescription would have been finished. I think they work but ya gotta keep with the program. Good Luck

Who's quit smoking, with what method, and how'd it work for ya ?
After smoking for 23 years, I quit in seven night shifts with Zyban. After five nights I actually forgot that I smoked. The guys at work were laughing at me when I went outside to hang out while they smoked. This kid says "Well aren't you going to lite one up?" and I was just about to say "I don't smoke", when I grabbed my pocket and low and behold, there was pack of smokes; not a word of a lie! That was 2003. On the 8th day against the protests of my fellow workers, I threw almost a carton in the trash (we were in the bush with no stores around and they smoked). I told them that I needed to toss them for closure.

After 26 years of smoking, 3 weeks of Champix, day 3 of no smoking is done :)

Not getting cocky....... still got to get over the hump and keep going.
