question about 144" tracks....

I have a 2006 700 rmk, and am looking to put a 2" paddle track on it. Do all tracks fit the same as long as it is a 144x2x15 or is it brand specific for the brand of snowmobile? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

As long as the pitch(distance between lugs) is the same they are interchangeable.

just measure between the lugs on ur track

it's the space between the inner lugs, where the drivers catch. and you can put a different track on if you change the drivers. I believe all 136,144,151 and 159" tracks have the same pitch but i've been wrong before.

You should see if a 16" wide track'll fit. A buddy put a 16"x159" on his '02 or '03 800 RMK (course he had a 30 shot of NOS too)

Some of the Polaris tracks had to have notched paddles to allow for clearance of the coolers. Not sure what years though.

i believe that all polaris's have 2.52 pitch until this year which is 2.86 pitch
