Just picked up one for $700 that runs mint. Extended to 136". Know nothing about them but couldn't pass it up. It's in nice shape

Don't think they had ZR800 sno pro's till 2003....

I believe the were either ZR800 or ZR800 SE....only the 440's had the sno pro badge in those years

Dad has a 2000 ZR 600 with a 121" Track.
They are great machines, Fast and nimble.

He rode his in the mountains, still does. Not going to high mark with it but it is a fun little machine.

He bought new, no major issues. re-did the top end a few years ago, and all new shocks,

You'll enjoy it.

Thanks boys. I'm excited for snow. It's not badged, hood is all black but it has gas shocks up front so maybe someone swapped out the stock ones. Thanks fernie! I never "leave", its just been a while since I posted. But to update I'm in gp, still at the same company and traded the ranger for a titan

For a lake runner they are great and have unreal top end, even the big 4 stroke yammy's can't keep up to those old zr's

Looks like progress is being made. I won't pick on ya' regarding the truck as it is definitely an upgrade from your past vehicles. Enjoy the winter and play safe.................maybe get an AST1 before Christmas.

Do you know the history on the motor? You don't want to run the pistons too long. They have a tendency to get weak piston skirts and will break off. The other issues are the intakes if you ride in any powder. They ingest snow and freeze up the carbs. You can get pre filters that cover the intake grills which look to be missing in your pictures. The exhaust outlet can also plug off in deep snow but if you put a deflector in front of the outlet that helps. If you plan on taking it to the mountains you will likely have to gear it down if it hasn't already been done.
