WTF???? Why did all my posts get deleted? I dont see maxwells posts getting deleted? Thats not fair or right at all!! He comes on to a thread and has absolutly nothing helpful to say and all he does is stir the pot. We want nothing from him and yet he keeps coming back with nothing good to say. So instead of getting upset I start treating him like he does everyone else in this thread(start calling doo turds etc and poiting out how much of a loud mouth he is) and then point out that he can be over in his doo threads helping cause hes none here and I get all my posts deleted??? WTF??

after looking at that in the showroom, i thought the same thing, if it was all cleaned up with some good venting, would it not flow as good or better air, not sure what they were thinking their

I've really been considering removing that plastic fan. Just pulling off all the foam from around the primary will likely allow the clutches to cool as much as anything else by creating more open air space. I couldn't believe how little room there was around the front/side of the primary with that stupid foam in there. All the foam from my side panels/hood has now been replaced with heat tape.

Here is pic of inside the airbox. The intake boots don't look like they fit very well. Didn't find any junk in there.

My friend said his 2012 etec has the same thing on the primary and was told not to remove it. And yes, it was on the primary until it melted off.

No one other than myself had taken their sled to a dealership. And mine still runs, it didn't grenade, it just melted plastic parts under the hood and toasted my coils to the point where it won't go over idle.

If someone's proclimb did actually grenade, they would have made a thread titled "@?!$& PROCLIMB CR@P!!" and I haven't spotted that thread yet.

Not much of a forum person.... Not brand loyal either. Rode my m8 proclimb 3 days this weekend. Issues: cover exploded 45 min from home. Exhaust side panell let's snow in the vent hole. Had to dig out snow that packed in around the can. No belt issues. No other issues. Ran great. Handling takes a bit to get used to. Conditions were super deep. Could probably been riding any sled and would have felt the same. Good power. Smooth clutching. Handled bumps on trail much better than the old m. Rode just over 200km. Probed 170cm on saterday and it snowed at least another 20 sat night. I'm sure it needs more venting. I'll try and post a vid tonight.

They are no where near 15G for starters. And if you try to tell me that you don't touch your new sleds at all before you go ride them for the first time then you will be flat out lying.

NOT TRYING TO ARGUE OR ANYTHING i THINK IT SUCKS THAT THE CATS ARE HAVING ISSUES BUT IT WAS EXPECTED WITH A NEW DESIGN. BUT I'M A GUY WHO BOUGHT A NEW SLED AND DIDNT TOUCH ANYTHING TILL THIS YEAR AT 2500 KM'S FOR A SERVICE YES i PUT NEW CHAINCASE OIL IN AFTER A 1000 KM'S BUT THAT WAS ALL I FIGURED THE DEALER WHO PDI THE UNIT SHOULD KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING SO I PUT FUEL IN AND PULLED THE ROPE AND WENT NO CHECKING OVER MY SLED RIGHT FROM FACTORY AND IT WORKS FINE

How did yours handle in the powder. Was it nimble or was it a beast. How was the power? Thanks.
It felt great! so easy to manuver. didnt have to fight with it at all. power felt great too. i was still breakin the machine in so no WOT....yet! i just got back from the cat dealer myself and was asking if anybody was reporting any problems with the sleds they have sold and they have sold a lot of em' with no problems reported. they havent recived any sevice bullitens or recalls so thats a good sign. oh sorry there has been one service bulliten something about the left hand handle bar controls. something to do with the actual plastic case but mine wasnt in the bulletin. only effected a certain production run or something. as for the plastic fan they told me that if i concered me in any way just to take it off. they wernt to sure about the logic behind that one.

How are the white panels holding up
as for the withe pannels.... lol probably should have chosen the black ltd edition machine. just like every other painted piece of plastic on the earth it shows scratches and their not that easy to hide probably gonna cut up the side pannels anyways and install a vent kit of some sort. or a whole lot of stickers are goin on the machine!
