i hear that alot of guys say the 600 is a more reliable motor than then 800...i don't expect the 600 to out climb 800 in a point and shoot....Just wanna see what's everyone's take on the 600...Have heard guys say why get the 600 when it weights same as 800 with less HP.....I personally wouldn't mind trying out a 600 just to compare for myself,so does anyone know if any dealers around Edm have a demo sled?

Heard they might be doing a factory 600 turbo for 2014. Reliable, light, warrantied 175hp at elevation

I did the polaris test in revy last year with the 600 & 800 on fresh slope. pinned climb and 600 turn out at top was within 40 feet. I WAS very impressed. In the trees... (where i play mostly) it won hands down for smoothness and ease to roll over around very tight trees. And it is very smooth running.... and with todays technical advancements thats the way it should be. One thing the i can say is Polaris has the capability to pop up on the snow better than Doo and seems to float better where it needs to. But if they come out with a 600 Turbo at 175 hp that will be the choice

Buddy in PG has an 800 that he rode every day... Literally! He bought a 600 two weeks ago and I haven't seen the 800 since :)

With the lack of snow yesterday I thought I would park my 1000 and take out the 2012 pro rmk 600 that I picked up for my wife and daughters and it's only been out once this year. I am 6'4 240 without gear and wow what a fun snappy easy to ride sled! Even the guys I was with with 800 were surprised with its snap!

I ride a 13 800 163 and the kid rides a 13 600 155. The 600 is 5 lbs lighter but feels 20 -30 lbs lighter. I figured this was all to do with the shorter track but we put z-bros a-arms on the 600 from the get go and now I think this may have a lot to do with the light geeling. The lower shock mount on the z-bros are about 1" lower than the stock mounts. This takes weight off the skis.
