Please help so frustrated. 2008 skidoo 800

I have 2008 skidoo 800. Motor blew. Got replacement ran in other sled great swapped into my sled. Will not rev up.
Check compression. New fuel an vacuum lines new fuel pump the sled will rev up a little sometimes then die I’ve tried everything I can think of. I did find a cpl plugs near speedo not hooked to anything. Thanks for the help I wanna ride this thing

Did you swap key and ecm as well?Just wondering if you might have swapped some stuff from one sled and the key is different. If it is just a motor swap then ignore this comment.

No in my experience those will only mess with your temperature codes. Had me freakin baffled when I changed the engine on mine. It was the last possible thing I looked at. Didnt have any effect on the sled reving up though.

I agree that it sounds like a key issue. Is it giving any codes?

Those two plugs are not needed to run the sled. Is your dess light lite up or any beeps, how far will it rev up to if any?

Had an 07 Rev that would start but not rev properly. Would only get to about 5000 RPM. Turned out to be a cracked Rave Valve.
Just another suggestion.
