I seen a 4 place inclosed sled trailer last year in vale like that. As a weld that deals with pipe a lot I know that pipe is strong enough, but I would be concerned where the pipe is welded to the trailer. There's no braces or nothing that's a high stress point.

Oh come on, theres like 12 5/8" bolts in shear. That pipes got 5 gussets on it. 10-12" in diameter so 32" of 3/16"-1/4" of weld on pipe alone. Hahaha fuxk

Ive done some engineered drawings for trailers. You basically jut build it and spec the right axle for the load.


I would love to see the hitch mount.
