Ive had moose in my freezer most of my life but I swear if I seen something that big in the bush, I'd let it live. Even my meat grinder would thank me for it....LOL

lol I agree too, this looks like a back problem! Knowing Dave though, this was most likely the first Legal moose he saw and he was only thinking about how full the freezer would be

Run into this wolf a couple weeks ago. Female about 90 pounds. Called her out of the bush at about 250 yards shot her at 230 yards.

Here is both our moose from this season. Crowsnest Pass WMU 400. Waited 15 yrs for the tags. Hunted a total of 12 hours. Cut trail, dragged with the quad and loaded total 14 hours.....

Now I understand the 15 yr wait!!! Its damn hard work hunting moose from the shot to the freezer!!

Indeed! Very nice bulls BTW. Moose are no joke. It truly takes standing right next to them to appreciate their size. I'm VERY lucky to have not packed one yet and been able to get them out whole in half.....even this Grizz 700, had a hard time with this little one! Lot's of trail cutting, which still sucks.
