Can tell who the Albertans that didn't summer vacation in the Okanagan this year are... the place is full of 'red plates' just like back to normal. Any incidents of vandalism are few and far between and blown out of proportion by the media.

I vacationed in northern B.C. Had a great time. Was treated great and other then handing out my name and phone number when entering a restaurant or bar things were good. The general public wants business back. And they want it badly. I don’t blame them. Unfortunately not all of Canada is on the same page. For instance, my kids have 20-30 kids in each of there classes. Yet my apprentices can’t go to Sait or Nait for trade school? So there doing trade school over a computer right now in there basement. Or what about my two buddy’s that booked a salmon fishing trip in ukee for August 15-18. Call over a week before to confirm hotel reservations. Told to stay home. Call the charter, told to stay home. Fully refunded which is good but cmon. Enough is enough. Your either open for business or your not. The media definitely sux government dikc.

We were in UKEE fishing Aug 24-28th. No issues and all hotels booked solid.

I’m excited and ready to shred! Got a new whip and some new scratchers for any blue plate f’ks that touch my vehicle or threaten me!! Lol
Victoria vandalism: Bertans should be safe to park their trucks in BC without attaching fake plates going forward, the scum bags are after Americans now, too bad for this guy that he is a Canadian that is moving back to Canada. I have been sledding in BC for 25 years and have never been a victim of crime so far but a few friends were victims of theft at staging areas and hotels.
