wanting to get my front and rear bumpers and the spindles painted orange on my summit xm sp. have heard that powder coating can be expensive to get certain colors. so can they be just plain old painted or that wont last at all what is the best thing to do?

Paint won't last at all. Powder coating is the way to go. It's really not too bad. I had rails, bumpers, chain and brake cover, spindles and springs done last year on my gf sled.
Around 300$ at top gun.
Usually there is a 200$ minimum

Nothing looks as good as anodizing, spindles $18.00 ea / front bumper $25.00/ rear bumper $40.00. Threaded inserts on bumpers will have to be drilled out and then replaced after. Adds no weight or thickness and won't peel or chip off. Anderson Anodizing in St.Albert.
