Pint for him and XR for you. My son started on the XR and now rides the pint. He hates riding the XR now he has the hang of the pint. Depends on your size you could get away with a pint as well.
My oldest son(turning 12 soon) would also grab the pint if they were both sitting there.

We put my new tire on the XR last night and we did a couple garage laps and he said, shat that feels like the pint!

New tire is very similar profile to the pint. It’s defiantly tippier. Feels pretty good. Only have a couple short rides in it so far.

Kid said it had way more grip when they brought it back covered in mud! Said it would bust through the snow for a bit then try to climb on top.

Would still like to try the trail pro. I think it’s got more of a flat section in the middle before it tapers off.

Five minute test ride in the dark. Thought I didn’t need the fender.

Here’s my rock collection.

Where’s the best place to get accessories for these?

Depends on what item

Easy rider will have standard one wheel brand fenders, rail guards, and charger port plugs.

Aftermarket stuff online

Craft and ride
And
Float life

Are both good.

Ok, today was the first time my onewheel have been a complete let down!

Full charge sitting in the cab of my truck since Friday morning. My kids played 10 games of hockey and the wind was terrible so the wheels sat patiently.

I tried to take our dog for a float tonight and both boards are in limp dank mode for cold battery.

Lame!

Our pint pussed out once before after being in the truck -10 overnight but my XR was ok.

It’s not even cold. Battery is 5 C.

Fair weather floaters! Lame!

I think they are using NMC chemistry battery and they are not great in the cold. I did a late fall trip where the board started warm but I was riding in -4 and at the end of the trip I went a bit too fast and there was no pushback just an instant nosedive on the gravel.

👊🤟. Nice. They look good.

Those are new colour rails!

The XR was more navy blue. And the pints were slate and sand, (dark grey or white).

Those look bright! But I would recommend rail guards strait out of the box to keep it minty!

I got my son the pint x so he has the same range as mine. They come blue. Lol to late for rail guards. He’s already jumping curbs.
