Noticed a small puddle of oil under the front end of my '13 M800 today. Right below where the hood fits together with the intact tract.

Just a build-up draining out or something else? Haven't got time to take it apart for the next couple of day.

Thanks.

Would take a close look at the bleed screw on the oil pump. Had half a dozen or more sleds through the shop this year with that same suspicious leak and it ended up being loose bleed screws on all of them.

Have the exact same problem. How difficult is it to get at that screw on the oil pump ?

I took mine to the dealer this fall for this issue. Mine was the check valves in the oil pump that were leaking. I thought it was going to be covered by my extended warranty so it didn't tear it apart myself.

Looks like the hood comes off then the exhaust and throttle bodies. Oil pump is below the intake. Can't see it clearly but the bleed screw should be at the highest point on the pump.

On a couple other forums there are numerous guys with same issue. Many say it's the check valve, not to store the sled with a full oil tank. Even some who had the check valve changed ended up having it leak again.

Looks like mine is leaking again. I ran the oil down for two days of riding before storing it so I am not sure what the issue will be this time.

Bringing this to the top, our 2012 leaked out all it's 2 stroke oil over the summer. Don't really want to fill the tank back up to see where it's leaking from......
