i wouldnt say bottom feeders, we do need our defence to step up though, our offence when in controll are playing great, but when we get back to our own end khabibulin is doin all the work, he played a hell of a game last night...

That kid can fly on skates. 2014 will be the season for the oilers if they can keep the young talent. Pajarrvi, Hall, Eberle, Whitney, Gagner & Omark. Best young & comers in the league if Tamby can keep Lowe out of the equation .

Non Canadian captains should include Charlie Gardner 1934 Chicago cap'n who was born in Scotland and did not become Canadian til later in life. I believe the Hawks also had a non Canadian cap'n in the 30's Johnny Gotsellig from 38 or 39, he like Gardner was not a Canadian til after captaining the Hawk to a cup. So the actual # is 4. Phew and you say you're hockey fans!
