Talked to Hotrod and unfortunately they had rain go thru yesterday! Not right to the alpine but high enough to f$&k the start of the grooming up! He hasn't been out to Renshaw, been busy around Lucielle and Belle. And getting equipment in place. I did talk to a lady who went up last Friday to Lucielle and 3 of the 5 sled they took came home with damage. The hidden gems are just waiting for you, especially at Lucielle and Renshaw!

Lol!! Sorry Dave, didn't mean to be a party pooper!!! On a good note they did get a big jag of snow Sat. and Sun. I may show up that weekend i'll keep in touch.

Rode Bell today. It did rain a bit up top. We played in the trees and the meadows there was about 3’ of semi settle snow due to rain. It was sticky stuff but still some fun to be had.

Rode up to lucielle when we got to town at 2 was snowing and socked in bad trails good to go lots of unotuched pow. Still low but got out finally gunna try again tomorrow

Rode Lucille today. A little fresh, but heavy wet underneath. Way better conditions than blue yesterday. Not much left untracked up there though.

Broke out km 27 into the black water. 92cm probed in the black water meadows. 120cms probed bear the gas drop. Staged just passed the bridge at Km2. Good day but could use another dump.
My Nephew has a tough day for his first trip ever. Lol.

Thanks for the updates guys. Yes definitely seems like they are low on snow, going to wait a few more weeks until making the trek out there.

Rode Valemount / Blue River all week. Snow was awesome until the rain hammered the alpine. Rode Renshaw yesterday and snow is worth the trip to Mcbride for sure. Still early season but what a great week of riding!
