there a re lots of area to ride without even going near the pluz zones, no one can tell you if you will get away without a plate? all i can say the srd have been checking, you may ride out there a hundred times, or get caught tomorrow. i can tell you i got a ticket in the mail a few years ago for that very thing. along with a couple others, cost me close to 7 hun. the plate was like $40 or so.
