my buddy has a 1994 arctic cat ext efi. Last season we were riding in golden and the sled started to bog and would barely move, thean the relay on the back of the computer started clicking continousley after the sled died and would not start again. We finaly started tearing into it last week and found a gouged cylinder and broken piston ring. Rebuilt with two new cylinders and rings. went to start last night and now there is no spark on either hole, he has also informed me that the kill switch stoped working the same time the sled did last year. One other thing i have noticed is that when the battery is hooked up the fuel pump turns on, eventhough the kill switch and key are off, is that normal ? any help would be great thanks
