I have a stock 2008 Sportsman 500EFI that I am wanting to upgrade. What I had in mine was an air filter, clutch kit, EFI programmer (Big Gun or FMF) and possibly exhaust. Im having problems locating exhaust for the 500EFI does anyone have anything they are running. Which programmer is better and what do you recommend for the clutch kit?

hsp makes a great exhaust for the 500 and dyno jet power commander 3 is your best bet for programmers.

I just checked Dyno Jet's web site for performance parts for the 500 EFI and could not find any information. Is there any other companies that makes programmers or ECMs for the 500 EFI?

they must not make it anymore. i was sure they used to. there is no ones else i know that makes them for the 500. only the 700, 800 and rzr

I got an email back from Dynojet telling me that they do not make anything for the 500 EFI unfortunately. Good customer service though!
