I feel it's a fair review, I'm very happy with my viper, and I have compared it to the pro as well.

Are these things rideable sans turbo AT ALL? Cause if everyone is gonna turbo them anyway, why not just factory turbo them. I was considering one, but if they absolutely need a turbo, I may look elsewhere...

Yes that is a good review and fair... I've had Yamaha Turbos.. Apex, Nytros... And yes my Turbo Pro is awesome to say the least.. But I'm a Yamaha guy and have been most of my riding years .. However I'm looking forward to my new T-Viper .. After riding one they really do feel good... Leaps and bounds ahead of Nytro.. I think many peeps who will throw a leg over either it be a Boostit, MPI, MCX, EVO turbo viper will be pleasently surprised.. IMO..
