Hello everyone,

my name is Graham and I'm from Central Alberta.

Recently have been considering picking up a sled and getting out there again. Grew up on a farm and always had sleds around but once I left home it sort of trickled off (kind of like our snow in the past few years). Started on a '76 Olimpic Ski-Doo (that I still own) and then a '91 Formula MX.

Outside of sleds my interests include hot rods and customs (I own a49 Ford and a couple Model A's) and music (I don't play). I'm employed as a parts tech in a large natural gas service company.

I'll probably be nothing more than a glorified lurker 'round these parts as I'm in the process of researching what I would like to pick up as my first "new" machine.

:welcome: to S&M

The "new" machines are quite a blast. They really rock and roll in the deep snow compared to the older sleds. You will have fun getting back into the sport again.

Hey, thanks for the welcome guys!

The newest machine I've been on was an '03 SKS 800 and even that, compared to our '90, was like a rocket machine haha.
