New Ford F-250s Cab Removal?

is this why when I stopped at the local ford shop this summer they had like 3-4 trucks in the shop with cabs off.......seems a little bit strange but then it is a ford lol

Dealer asked me if gas or diesel. I said gas and he said they don't need to take the cab off. Maybe they do with the diesels?
