well time for a new set of rubber just bought a 1990 250 popo with stock tires still they arent bad shape just weahter checked. anyway they are 10 inch rims and 24x9x10 front and 25x12x10 out back want to stick with this size what is the best all around tire for mud sand and hard pack some snow to more for when pushing the plow. thinking bear claws or mudlites what are some other good choices dont what anything to heavy or that will dig to deep in sand as I do ride in the dunes from time to time.thanks

Wow you need a tire that does it all! I would suggest the mudlites. I don't have them but everyone I know that does seems to love them for everything.

Bear claws imo are a waste of time and money. Mudlites are the result of pushy sales people and first time quad owners who don't know better, that's why there are so many of them out there.

For all around my vote would be on the maxxis zillas, not mudzillas, there is a difference. Also a good one to consider would be TSL super swamper vampires, i think now they are made by interco and just called vampires though.

well for plowing snow you might want something with a finer tread...maybe bear claws or some other like that. i got the zillas and i LOVE them, dont seem to dig in the sand for me, but only ride on some beaches once and a while. however i think my stock tires out did my zillas on snow and ice, for the simple fact they didnt just dig down...does anyone still run those tires called "spider track" or something? i thought they used to be alright.

Spider tracs were made by dick cepek, but not since the early 90's when they apparently claimed bankrupcy or something. Yes they were an awsome tire for their day.
