Where's best place to buy a new short block or get my engine rebuilt fast for a 2009 xp 800

I can get new short block for 2000 with exchange for mine.

You could do an 860 kit for about the same money and you would get a fresh top end with more power than a stock engine

Artic edge in Crowsnest pass. Brent did mine, 860 big bore. I did a lot of research before getting it rebuilt and he had the best rep. Good luck.

I put an 860 a couple of years ago...Terra Alps, good product, but took a looong time. Gave it to him in June, got it back in October. Mine cost a little more, but I had to put a case and crankshaft in as well. If I was to do it again, I would go with a Linderman set up. He did a little clutching,fixed an oil leak(my issue, not Ted's) and did his rave mod. Awesome guy to deal with, ANSWERS phone calls or calls you back, and is a magician when it comes to motors.

What do you need top end the whole crate engine i just did my own took about 10hrs xp are a pain to do cost about 16-1700$ for the top end plus new pull start, oil pump, throttle cable,and woosiers pistons
