We've had some like that before.. what you want to do is drill like 4 holes infront of the pre-marked ones on the ext that will go thru your rail and then bolt it together. Also you want to move the track adj bolt back the same amount as you did the rear axle(with the ext) one of the holes in your ext's should line up for your adj's..

Drill in the ext part to the left of the pre-marked holes.. Where it will go into the stock rail as well as the ext..

I wouldn't worry about the very bottom hole as with 4 others in it and the way that they are fitted to the rail it wont move ..

I would move the MM rail ext. up so that the red lines line up, then the yellow circles will be the drill holes. The green arrows would be the tensioner holes. Are you using factory idlers or billet?

Can you get a pic of inside of the rail? I'm pretty sure the red marks I put have to line up so that your sliders go back on.

I see what you mean. I guess your gonna have to do like glengine said and drill new holes through the ext. and rails. Don't you love it when bolt on parts don't just bolt on.

why don't you just cut off the top and back of the old axle hole? that seems to be what is in the way and can't use it anyway

I cut the lower portion of the ext. (red line) on mine same extension too.

I would do what Kore did. You don't need the extra 3" of slider before the wheel IMO and I would rather have the strength of the extention where it recesses into the old axle location. I have seen plain old flat bar aluminum extensions on sleds before just held on with 4 bolts (as Glengine said) and they did not break.

Me I think I'd send them back as they just don't fit right, and get wildchild to do you up a set, I have full slider ridge and it took just a little dremel grinding to fit perfect.
