Danica struggled with Darlington last year to. Stewart made her race that track last year so she would be familiar with it for this year. Apparently she isn't familiar yet. Lol..
I actually thought she was going to get through dega with a straight piece but it got her at the end.

Yeah running at the back doesn't guarantee a straight car at the end either. She has shown some flashes but I think she will just end up being another open wheel flop on the circuit and go back to Indy car.

What do you guys think of Kurt Busches tryout in an Andretti Indy Car at Indianapolis? He ran 218 down there but said himself he was to tense in the car to do the whole race. He isn't ruling out running a race this year if the schedule works out and Andretti said he will give him a competitive car.

i'm on the fence. it seems like the high percentage of drivers just struggle with the crossover. Ya just never know though. I would watch him if he did run.

Yeah it might be the first time I ever cheered for a Busch. Lol. Those candy azz, kitty litter pilots just never appealed to me whether it be Indycar or F1.

poor KB, had a cut tire in the end and lost a lot of spots, maybe he cut it when he didn't touch Kane.

I liked Kane's comment about it really didn't matter if got touched or not as messing up the air is just as bad. Dale Sr was awesome as messing with guys without having to physically touch thier car.

heard a really funny comment on Sirius last week, it was Reutimann I think, he said he wasn't fast enough to ride in the back during the Talladega race

One of the coolest names in racing history, a winner of over 1200 short track races and Rusty Wallace's mentor, Dick Trickle passed away yesterday from a self inflicted gun shot wound. Apparently he phoned 911 and told the operator to come to a local cemetary as there would be a dead body there and it would be his. Sad...
