Some bad brake failures led to some hard crashes. Took Jimmie a few minutes to catch his breath.

He said he felt good today, not even a bruise, said he thought he was feeling much better today than Ryan Blaney who got to bed a tad late.

Drama with a bunch of late race debris cautions that a lot of drivers were upset about and Kyle Larson takes advantage of it and wins Michigan today. Here were the top 10 finishers: 42-24-22-11-1-78-18-17-88-48

2nd practice and a few boys will be going to the back as back up cars are unloaded from crashes in practice: 42-18-88-47-1-41-4-14-2-78. Elliott, Jones to the back. Kenseth will be replacing his engine after the oil pump belt blew up as well.

Great race today.
Yeah it was pretty good. A late race caution would have made things pretty interesting. It was fun to watch Brad's run to the front after that late pit stop. I used to hate the road courses and the short tracks when I first started watching Nascar in the early 90's but now they are my favorite races.

Kyle Busch to probably lose interim crew chief for a race as 2 lug nuts not secure in post race inspection. His regular crew chief is still suspended from the first infraction a few weeks ago. Lmao!
