Some of the other Nascar chat lines I watch are calling for Hendrick to drop Jr. and sign Carl for the 88 car. That would free up Childress to sign Jr. I don't have a clue what driver would leave but as of this morning Bowyer is still unsigned. There were already rumors of him replacing Carl if he left but he says he wants to resign at Childress. Ah you gotta love Nascar Silly Season.

I know this sounds crazy but last week I sent an email to Ford corporate telling them it was time to step in on the Carl Edwards contract talks and get this guy signed before he goes to Toyota. Tonight Jayski's is reporting that Ford has entered the negotiations between Edwards and Roush Fenway. They say they they have never done anything like this in 110 years of racing but feel Edwards is the perfect spokesperson for the company and want him to continue racing for the blue oval. Apparently they have offered $40 million over 3 years and some kind of offer that is unknown from Ford in relation to the company. Do you think I made a difference??? Ha Ha. I doubt it but I feel alot better now. Lmao.
