this thread took an unexpected turn of events:

Poo problem..

Poo vs Doo

Ridership in question.. Pro or not a pro rider?

Token Penis comment.....

Baa ha haa.. Welcome to Monday Morning Peeps!!

Have a great week.

^^^ what she said

Every pro thread has to become a doo thread and personal chat room? 1200 miles on my pro super hard on it not a problem yet just one bent running board from sidhilling over a boulder... Just the TPS acted up right off the start but that was a quick fix and hasnt been a problem since.

thanks for the helpful info

WOW, 13 pages of banter and only about 5 posts about the Pro falling apart. I too would like to contribute to this thread, is it OK if I post something actually pertaining to the topic?

I have 1200 miles on my 12 PRO this season. Have had a few little issues like broken suspension, broken clutch spring, TPS out of adjustment, worn steering bushings, water in connections, worn spark plug wires, low oiling, overheating, occasional bog, and noticeably worn suspension bushings. I have not pampered this machine in any way (HV can vouch for this) and am quite happy to do some end of the season maintenance on my sled, that is what summer is for. That being said, you could not give me another machine, unless it is an ETEC( I would take the motor out and throw the rest away) Hands down the best season I have ever had on this, or any other brand I have owned (owned them all)

Couldn't agree more. If you want a sled that will never wear out or break, I'm sure it would weigh over 700 lbs, and there isn't too many mountain guys that would invest there money in that. Or it would cost 40 grand for all the exotic materials. Still cheaper to fix what we got.

Higgins, if you're talking about the one on the trail by the heli pad, it was cut down by someone in our group trying to get a fire going after the crank in his REV XRS locked up on the way in Thurs. morning. The one I hit was on a heavily treed hill when we were breaking into a "hidden" play area. You are right about the extreme bumpers though. It saved my sled.

I think High velocity is really putting his pro to the stress test. His bumper is becoming very familiar with trees. This one is a little larger than 4" though.

Pro's do handle like a dream. Like anything though, they need a qualified pilot flying them. D'oh !!

LOL !! All I know is the Pro auto-pilot does not work as advertised. I'm suing Polaris.

Umm could we please get back to the pizzing contest between maxwell and glengine. That's just entertaining! Its like watching my 2 and 5 year old fight without the screaming. Well maybe I should get this stirred up. Hey glen I think I read on another thread maxwell was saying the new proclimbs were belt eating pos's. And well maxwell you don't have to look far to see glen say something bad about a ski doo. Ok boys lets get it on!
