CycleWorks Edmonton, and CycleWorks Acheson. Edmonton decided they wouldn't even look at it, and Acheson gave it back after 2 days. Both telling me that it was normal and Acheson even cleaned out the oil and charged me 52 bucks! WHAT THE FAWK!!!!

Acheson has always been good with me always in there buying chit. find where the pcv hose meats the intake and pull it off while its running see if you get lots of blow by ou the hose and doble cheak that its all hooked up. If the engine cant vent through the pcv valve it will blow it out the freash air breather hooked to the air box and cause that problem.

Thanks man. I'm just going to take it to the dealer while its still under warranty. I still gotta get the brakes fixed and bled and find out why my clutch lets water in. I'm a 'lil choked up and feel like being a $hit disturber.

Be a chit disturber gets the dealer's a$$ moving. hope you get it figured out quick. Personally though if the its a cheap fix the dealer is the last place i would go, i like to fix it my self and know its right.

too bad its a old fart trail quad...... but good to hear when ya get water in the trans oil and just can't drain the belt cover

LOL! A little water in the oil will allow me to ride mine home instead of having to tear it apart in a mudhole on the trail in the dark while it's raining and being eaten by mosquitos, horseflies and blackflies.

Buddy had to have his Rincons transmission repaired a while back. He was pretty upset about it and complained to the dealer. The dealer asked why he was so upset?
Buddy was pissed that after 28000 Kms he was having to do his first ever transmission repair.

Three quick taps of the throttle is all it takes to get a belt drive good enough to move as well, and I don't even have to oil it!

Fully flooded, winch out until the exhaust vent is out of the water, put in "Park" rev engine until no trace of water comes out transmission exhaust... Resume riding.

If you want to get crafty the drain bolt works too, and its still cheaper and faster than draining dirty oil.

No, I was more interested in Arff's '09 problem free XP. :d Besides, I doubt he likes red.
