this was the first tractor that my great uncle restored (some what) .... there is a story behind it for me .... when i was 16 my parents made me go with them to see my great uncle on a spring break in keromeos B.C. ( i was bad haha ) so when we got there uncle had to do some spring clean up in his orchard well he told me to drive the tractor so for the three days we where there i got to drive it .... that made my spring break .... so now my uncle is turn 82 and is getting ride of most of his collection and well i told him i wanted it... this monday dad and my father inlaw and myself drove down to pic up some tractors ..... two trucks and 7 tractors later this is what we braught home.... third pic is of my new toy

Very nice. Let me know if you are going to look into insuring them as I would like to get my 1956 80 insured and have not found anyone to appraise it. I bought mine from my Grandma after Grandpa passed away. IMG_3294.jpg

Some nice tractors.

My Dad has been restoring JD's since the late 80's, his first was a JD-D. Hoping to get the Model R restored for parade duty soon. Wish I had the space to do that at home, all I can do is help my dad when I get back home.

What number is the row crop on the back of the first trailer... 50 ??? I would like to find one to restore with my Dad as that was one of the first tractors my Grandpa and Uncle used to break our land after using teams of Belgians for years.
