Ya know, I was just thinkin, its gotta suck to be buying a new SkiDoo this year eh. Like, whats to look forward to. Same old same old. Poo has their super successful new Pro, Cat has big news in both 2 and 4 strokers. These guys are pushing our sport forward, improving, innovating and good for them. The e-tech seems to be a good motor, good horsepower but it seems SkiDoo brains have kinda forgot about the chassis. Ya last year....big news...they copied Cat and Poo and made it narrower. Big whoop. We all knew it needed that. hopefully you guys'll get your chance next year, maybe they''l come out with something truly exciting. Been a while since what, 2008 XP. Heres hoping.

PS, Yammi also, poor fellas, no turbo, no fun.

Im trying to think here... The pyramid chassis.......... I can't remember who all has it now... and who did it first...I forget... Oh well.

How many doo's have you seen with there chasis get all bent-up and twisted? A few. Last year saw lots of pro's come thru mcbride and was amazed i didn't see one bend a bulkhead or chasis. If you hit stuff usually something has to give. I was amazed with the toughness of the pro i figured they were gonna bend up. we will see how the cats do. I know i'll test out the toughness of the cats as i got a new comin and i run over thing's (as long as it'll bend it's traction).

See you on the snoow!!! Enjoy your 15 wide broom tracks!

Hope to get out for a ride with yah this winter maxwell. Maybe then you will be able to open your mind just a hair and take the blinders off to see that if brp doesn't make it it doesn't mean that it's a peice of crap. Because you always seem to say that if it aint brp it aint worth ownin. Oh and your post about the 2.5" track you get one on a doo if you snow check it as an option and for your info there are several cat dealers that i know that are doing the same for guys that want the camo extreme, they get it for a small fee, like a couple hundred bucks.

I dont know how many times i've said that the MOST IMPORTANT thing to me is that the guys that i ride with have a great day of riding no matter what they ride... It sure would be boring as heck if we all rode the same sleds and there was only one manufacture. Every brand handles differently and has it's good and bad. There some that like one brand and some that like another that's all good and it drives our sport ahead which only benefits us the consumer.

I don't think they are laughing to hard but I can guarantee you there will be alot of smug grins on there faces when the new stuff hits the floors for 2013. Cat and Polaris have done a nice job of catching Doo with new technology but remember we are 4 -5 years ahead in development. Next year expect to see seperation again. Its much easier to play with a lead than catchup. We know because Polaris led for 19 years straight not that long ago.
