My buddy hit on me. How do I handle it?

Actually, it wasn’t me. In our somewhat loose and big circle of friends, one married male buddy hit on another married buddy. It’s happened a few times and it’s not possible for them to avoid each as they each have wives and kids.
How should he handle it?
What do the homophobic ‘bertans have to say about this?

If you are serious tell your friend the next time his friend hits on him tell him that first he is not interested and if he continues you will talk to the wife about the situation and you know how wife’s who are friends talk. The guys friend is being a dick he is not respecting your friends wishes. Also maybe just don’t be in the same room as him alone.
